An apostille is an international certification that makes a document officially valid in another country; it is issued in the country where the document was drawn up. Turkish authorities require an apostille on most documents issued abroad; it counts as part of the document and is included in the translation. Not sure whether yours needs one? Moving between Cyrillic and Latin script, the same name can be written several ways. In the translation we spell the name exactly as in your passport — so sending a photo of your passport along with the document speeds things up.

For divorce, custody and similar rulings, authorities require an endorsement showing the decision has become final. Without it, most offices will not process the document. When you send a photo of the ruling, we also check for the endorsement and tell you straight away.

Yes — Saturdays 11:00–15:00. On weekdays I work Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00. You can also write on WhatsApp outside working hours; I reply first thing in the morning.
